Advance Payment – For some pilgrimage packages, an advance payment may be required to secure reservations, permits, or helicopter services.
Balance Payment – Remaining amounts must be cleared within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.

Pricing and Inclusions

All package prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include services specifically mentioned in the itinerary such as transportation, accommodation, meals, and permits.
Exclusions such as personal expenses, medical emergencies, additional stays, or tips are clearly mentioned and must be borne by the traveler.
Religious Tour and Travel reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in government taxes, fuel charges, or supplier costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation – In case of cancellation, the refund amount will depend on the timeline of cancellation and package-specific terms.
- Cancellation within 30 days of departure: Partial refund.
- Cancellation within 15 days of departure: Limited refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund.
Service Provider Cancellations – If a service such as helicopter or hotel booking is canceled due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, only the refundable portion (if any) will be processed.
Refund Processing – Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment.

Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers must provide accurate information, valid identification documents, and health-related disclosures before booking.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to comply with government rules, permits, and regulations during pilgrimages.
Any misconduct, negligence, or non-compliance with local laws may result in termination of services without a refund.

Health and Safety

Pilgrimage journeys such as Kedarnath, Badrinath, Amarnath, and Kailash Mansarovar involve high-altitude travel and physically demanding conditions.
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey. Religious Tour and Travel is not liable for health-related issues, injuries, or medical emergencies during the trip.
We strongly recommend consulting a physician before undertaking any yatra package.

Limitation of Liability

Religious Tour and Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, helicopter operators, and transport companies.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked directly through us.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Religious Tour and Travel. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of our content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
